1. Aging of engine components. The jitter of aerial work vehicles is also related to the aging of engine feet. The engine feet are actually the shock absorber system of the engine. The engine feet are responsible for absorbing the slight jitter when the engine is running. If there is a problem with the engine feet, these vibrations will be transmitted to the steering wheel and the cab, causing jitter when idling. Solution: Replace parts
2. The common cause of severe engine carbon deposits that causes high-altitude operating vehicles to shake is excessively dirty throttle or excessive carbon deposits on the fuel injector. When there is too much carbon deposits inside the engine, the gasoline sprayed by the cold start injector will be absorbed by the carbon deposits, causing the cold start mixture to be too lean, making it difficult to start. In this case, only the gasoline that waits until the carbon deposits are absorbed When the car is saturated, it is easy to start the car. The gasoline adsorbed on the carbon deposit after the car is sucked into the cylinder by the vacuum suction of the engine and burned, and the mixture becomes dense. The combustible mixture of the engine is sometimes thin and sometimes rich, resulting in cold start. Idle speed jitter. The lower the temperature, the greater the amount of oil required for a cold start, and the more carbon deposits will affect the smoothness of the cold start. Solution: Clean the oil circuit and check whether the idle speed motor has carbon deposits and should be cleaned.
3. The oil pressure is unstable. If the engine carbon deposits have been cleaned, the throttle valve has been washed, the oil cushion and spark plugs have been cleaned, and the vehicle body shakes at idling speed, it is recommended to check whether the fuel supply pressure and the intake air pressure sensor are normal. The abnormal fuel supply pressure of the fuel pump or the wrong value of the intake pressure sensor will cause the body to shake. Solution: Check the oil pressure and replace parts if necessary.
