When starting the aerial work vehicle, the engine should be warmed up first, and then the throttle should be fueled before starting. Restart the FAW diesel engine at an interval of 15 seconds. The starter on the FAW diesel engine works under low voltage and high current conditions. Long-term use will damage the battery or even burn the starter. The continuous start time cannot exceed 15 seconds. If a car fan fails to start, it should be restarted after an interval of 15 seconds. Do not run the engine at high speed just after starting. After the engine is cold-started, the oil viscosity is high and the flow resistance is large, which makes the time lag for the oil to enter the friction pair, and all parts of the engine are not fully lubricated, resulting in the gears and bearings of the engine. Damage caused by poor lubrication also aggravates the wear of the cylinder and the bearing bush, and in severe cases, bush burning and shaft holding may occur. So when you just start it, you must give the engine some time!
The high-altitude operating vehicle engine is the heart of the vehicle. Only by keeping it healthy can the working efficiency of the high-altitude operating vehicle be improved and the service time of the high-altitude operating vehicle can be prolonged.
